1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Skymoon SEO Suite at app.skymooninfotech.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service is provided by Skymoon Infotech, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. These terms govern your use of all SEO tools, the dashboard, credit system, and any API access we provide.

2. Description of Service

Skymoon SEO Suite is a collection of SEO tools including but not limited to: Content Intelligence Engine, Meta Generator, Hreflang Generator, Schema Validator, Robots.txt Validator, and others.

Some tools are free to use without registration. Registered users receive credits to use AI-powered features. Credit packages and plan features are described on our Pricing page and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You may not share accounts or transfer credits to other users. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these terms, including accounts engaged in abuse of the free tier or automated scraping of our tools.

4. Credits & Billing

Credits are the unit of account for AI-powered features. Each credit usage is displayed before tool execution. Credits are non-refundable once consumed.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Cancellation stops future billing; you retain access until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-period cancellations unless required by law.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to registered users.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate requests beyond normal tool usage
• Upload files containing malware, exploits, or content designed to harm our systems
• Use the Service to process content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission
• Use the Service to generate content designed to deceive, spam, or manipulate search engines in violation of Google's guidelines

We do not use your uploaded files to train AI models. Files are processed and discarded per request.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, its codebase, design, and underlying tools are the intellectual property of Skymoon Infotech. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Content you generate using the tools (HTML output, schema markup, meta tags) belongs to you. We claim no ownership over your outputs.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that results will meet your expectations.

SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control including search engine algorithm changes, competitor activity, and content quality. Tool outputs are recommendations, not guarantees of ranking improvement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Skymoon Infotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or INR 1,000 (whichever is greater).

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the Dashboard Settings page.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we discontinue the Service. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our Service or legal requirements. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on the site. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
